1. Nature of Services

CMSPlugs provides customized digital services such as:

  • Website and mobile app development
  • E-commerce development (Magento, Magento 2, WordPress, Laravel)
  • Software design and integration

Since all our services are custom-built and digital in nature, cancellations and refunds are handled with care on a case-by-case basis.


2. Cancellation Policy

Before Project Commencement

  • Clients may request a cancellation within 24 hours of making the initial payment, provided the project work has not yet started.
  • In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges (typically 5–10%).

After Project Commencement

  • Once the project has started (planning, design, or development phase), no full refund will be possible as resources and time are already allocated.
  • If a cancellation is requested mid-project, any refund (if applicable) will be determined based on the percentage of work completed.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client due to technical issues (after verification).
  • Payment made but services could not be initiated due to internal reasons from our side.

In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction.


4. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed and delivered projects
  • Services purchased as part of promotional offers or discounts
  • Third-party services, hosting fees, domain purchases, or software licenses procured on behalf of the client
  • Change-of-mind or dissatisfaction due to design/style preferences after project approval

5. Disputes and Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our service or wish to raise a concern:

  1. Please email us at support@cmsplugs.com with your project details and issue description.
  2. Our management team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
  3. If eligible, a refund or resolution will be processed promptly.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be credited back to the client’s original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway policies.
